1. Request an estimate via 02089409353 or [email protected].
   Provide the following information (if possible):
   – Pictures of your existing fireplace or location.
   – Measurements are helpful but not essential
   – What fuel type (Wood, Gas, Electric, Bioethanol)
   – Style (eg. Modern or traditional). Let us know if there are specific products you have chosen.
2. Flames of Richmond will provide an initial estimate.
3. Confirm if you’re happy with the estimate. Flames of Richmond will then propose a date and timeslot to complete a survey.
4. A formal quote will be provided post survey.
5. Confirm if you’re happy to proceed with the formal quote.

6. Flames of Richmond will issue a deposit invoice if installing or will issue the full invoice if supply only.
7. On receipt of payment, the items will be ordered and an installation date provided.
8. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation.
9. Flames of Richmond will issue your final receipt of payment, confirmation of certificate (if applicable) and product registrations.
